GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE LE 105, HONFLEUR

THE CLIENT WHO COMPLETES THE RESERVATION FORM FOR THE GUEST ROOM ON THE WEBSITE OF LE 105, HONFLEUR https://www.le105honfleur.fr/ OR WHO MAKES THE REQUEST, BY ANY MEANS, TO LE 105, HONFLEUR, ACCEPTS WITHOUT RESERVATION, THE TWELVE ARTICLES OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE BELOW.

Article 1 PURPOSE

This contract is intended exclusively for the reservation of stays in a guest room. The representatives of LE 105, HONFLEUR commit to welcoming guests in an environment that facilitates their stay and familiarity with the Honfleur region.

Article 2 DURATION OF THE STAY

The contract is concluded for a fixed period between Sandrine Dargaud and the booking client. Under no circumstances may the client claim any right to remain in the premises beyond the duration of the stay specified in this contract.

Article 3 CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The reservation becomes effective when the client has sent Sandrine Dargaud 30% of the total price of the planned stay AND she has sent an email confirmation to the client. Prices include all charges except for tourist taxes.

The rental agreement concluded between the parties to this contract cannot, under any circumstances, benefit third parties (natural or legal persons), except with the written consent of Sandrine Dargaud. Any violation of this clause may result in the immediate termination of the rental to the fault of the tenant, with the rental amount remaining definitively acquired by the owner.

ARTICLE 4 CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

Any cancellation must be notified to Sandrine Dargaud by calling 06 08 83 25 82 and sending an email to the following address: reservation@le105honfleur.fr.

If the cancellation occurs MORE THAN 7 DAYS before the scheduled start date of the stay, the 30% deposit will be refunded to the client by Sandrine Dargaud.

If the cancellation occurs LESS THAN 7 DAYS before the scheduled start date of the stay, the 30% deposit of the service amount will be retained by Sandrine Dargaud.

If the client does not show up before 6 PM on the scheduled date, the contract becomes void and Sandrine Dargaud may dispose of the guest room(s). The deposit paid by the client for the reservation will be retained by Sandrine Dargaud.

In case of an interrupted stay, the total price of the accommodation specified in the contract remains fully payable. Additional services, paid for in advance and not used, will be refunded.

ARTICLE 5 CANCELLATION BY SANDRINE DARGAUD, LE 105 HONFLEUR:

If, in case of force majeure, Sandrine Dargaud has to cancel the reservation of this contract, she must inform the client by email or phone. The client will be refunded the amount paid.

The provisions of this article do not prevent the conclusion of an amicable agreement for the acceptance by the client of a substitute stay proposed by Sandrine Dargaud.

ARTICLE 6 ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The client must arrive at the specified location on the date and time indicated in this contract: rooms are available from 4 PM to 6 PM on the arrival day and must be vacated before 11 AM on the departure day.

The client must inform Sandrine Dargaud in case of late or delayed arrival.

ARTICLE 7 PAYMENT AND BALANCE

The balance of the reserved service must be paid before the day before arrival at the 105, Honfleur. Consumptions and additional services not mentioned in this contract will be paid at the end of the stay to Sandrine Dargaud.

In the case of a reservation by phone or email (without using the online reservation site of 105 Honfleur guest rooms), the total amount of services will be paid via a payment link to Sandrine Dargaud.

ARTICLE 8 TOURIST TAX

The client must pay the tourist tax directly at the final settlement of the reservation.

ARTICLE 9 OCCUPANCY OF THE PREMISES

The tenant must ensure peaceful enjoyment of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. Any damage will be charged to the client.

In case of non-compliance with the clauses of this contract, Sandrine Dargaud reserves the right to terminate the stay. Sandrine Dargaud will not be held responsible, and the client must pay the full amount specified for the stay.

ARTICLE 10 CAPACITY

This contract is established between Sandrine Dargaud and the client for a specified number of people. If the number of people exceeds that specified in the reservation, Sandrine Dargaud may refuse the additional clients. The balance of the accommodation price specified in this contract will be retained in full by Sandrine Dargaud, even if the reservation holder decides not to stay.

ARTICLE 11 PETS

Pets are not allowed in the rooms or in common areas. If the client does not comply with this clause, Sandrine Dargaud may refuse clients accompanied by pets. This refusal cannot be considered a modification or termination of the contract by Sandrine Dargaud. If a client cannot accept this refusal and decides not to continue their stay, they must pay Sandrine Dargaud the full amount specified in this contract.

ARTICLE 12 DISPUTES

In case of any dispute related to this contract, the Parties grant exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of Honfleur and Lisieux.
